Foundations of Well-Being with Reset Outdoors
Thursday February 27, 2025 10:45am - 12:00pm EST
Reset Outdoors has been a clinical psychotherapy practice and organizational developmental firm since 2016. Their approach is systems-based and nature-centric, recognizing that well-being and self-care are critically necessary skill sets and not one-size-fits-all. The (abridged) Foundations of Well-Being workshop is a practical refresher course into the nuts and bolts of well-being, why it matters, and how to nurture it in our lives. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of their own self-care needs while connecting authentically with colleagues.

New Jersey’s diverse ecosystems are facing serious threats, putting their future and ours at risk. These environmental issues are fundamentally humanitarian crises that demand immediate attention. Climate Revolution Action Network (CRAN) is here to create a platform for the next generation to lead meaningful change, build strong connections across communities, and drive independent initiatives to protect our environment and our people. Their mission is to cut through bureaucratic red tape and drive impactful work that heals the relationship between humanity and nature. They are policy writers, legislative aides, community activists, environmental organizers, poets, communicators, students, graphic designers, accountants, and more. CRAN's goal is to build an interdisciplinary team in order to initiate climate activism throughout New Jersey. Whoever you are, you belong with us fighting the climate crisis.
